The photographs produced by Elizabeth Thompson Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law and may not be reproduced (scanned, saved, photographed, screenshot), in any manner without studio written permission. It is a breach of this contract to reproduce the images in any form unless printing rights are purchased.

Your online proofing gallery will be available within two weeks of your session date. Initial orders must be completed within 2 months of the gallery creation date. There is a $45 archive fee for exceeding this deadline and photos are no longer guaranteed after 3 months from your session date.

All sales are final. If there is a defect in the print or product, the product will be replaced. There is a $200 order minimum to place print or product order and this purchase is separate from the session fee.

I understand that my portrait session is for a designated amount of time and that the session will not exceed that time limit regardless of subject participation. Maternity session will not exceed 2 hours and Newborn sessions will not exceed 3 hours.

I have read ETP's digital guide and understand ETP operating hours, procedures, and pricing. it is my responsibility to ask questions before my session.

I understand that ETP's standard communication hours are Monday-Thursday 10am to 4pm with and average response time of 24-48 business hours due to varying days off. Weekends are limited to shooting only and are consider not communication hours. Email is usually the best method of communication.

I will NOT send ETP any images to replicate, as this is not the policy of ETP. All work seen on her website is the product of her own vision. She does not copy the work of other photographers.

I understand that newborn sessions are completed within the first 10 days of life and that it is my responsibility to notify ETP of my pregnancy progression to update tentitive session dates.

I understand that 9.25% TN state tax is added to all credit card and paypal transactions.

If you do not place your order within 2 months from your session and print collection pricing changes, only current print collections and pricing will be available to you.

I understand there is a $50 nonrefundable deposit required to book my session, and that the remaining balance is due the day of my session.

If you pay for a print collection and receive your digital images, you are required to complete all ordering within 1 month of receiving the digital images, or you forfeit the remaining products included in your print collection.
